Property and Cancellation Policies :
Urban Holiday Lofts has a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. If a guest cancel their reservation less than 24-hours before their expected day of arrival, or does not arrive at all, they will be charged a late-cancellation fee equal to the first night of their stay + tax. So if you are going to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions
- Guests will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 10% of the total booking amount once the reservation has been made.
- Guests will be expected to pay the remainder of their existing balance before occupying their room.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own sleeping bags, pillows, or blankets into Urban Holiday Lofts.
- Urban Holiday Lofts cannot accept reservations from guests that are residents of the Chicagoland area.
